★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anche questa esperienza è stata molto positiva perché, pur non essendo un'azienda di notevoli dimensioni, ha comunque una certa rilevanza e risulta piacevole osservare quella procedura che catapulta (molto delicatamente su un nastro mobile) bellissime uova già selezionate per calibro, pulite, lucenti e, soprattutto, appena depositate dalle migliaia di galline dell'allevamento. Molto positiva la scelta di aprire la vendita al dettaglio perché si può, da parte del consumatore, veramente vedere la reale provenienza di un prodotto così importante. Mi ha lasciato una buona impressione ed un'ottima sensazione anche vedere alcuni esemplari molto belli che razzolavano nella terra.

The choice to open retail sales is very positive because the consumer can really see the real origin of such an important product. It left me with a good impression and a great feeling to see some very beautiful specimens scratching around in the ground.
