Su 7 articoli ordinati, ben tre voci sbagliate...., 1 totalmemte sbagliata, 1 voce mancavano pezzi, e una voce non centrava esattamente nulla.
Come primo acquisto...
Bè lascia molto a desiderare.

Out of 7 articles ordered, as many as three wrong entries ...., 1 totally wrong, 1 entry was missing pieces, and one entry had nothing to do with it.
As a first purchase ...
Well it leaves a lot to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi!! Operatore al telefono scortese ed irrispettoso, per non dire ignorante. Premesso ciò, ordine fatto a gennaio ancora non consegnato. Peggio...nonostante ad ogni richiesta email di info in merito all'evasione, rispondono che il fine settimana è in partenza. Oggi dopo aver parlato molto tranquillamente per telefono con un operatore uomo, dopo aver discusso animatamente di fronte alla sua maleducazione, vengo a sapere che praticamente non risulta essere arrivato nulla nemmeno ancora a loro.

Bad !! Rude and disrespectful telephone operator, not to mention ignorant. That said, order made in January still not delivered. Worse ... despite every email request for info on the evasion, they reply that the weekend is leaving. Today, after having spoken very quietly on the phone with a male operator, after having heatedly argued in the face of his rudeness, I learn that practically nothing appears to have arrived even to them yet.
Never again !

Ordered Saturday morning, called them Monday morning to add more details, and received everything Wednesday afternoon. So fast and the prices are correct.
