A partire dalla comprensione della realtà aziendale e delle sue esigenze ricercano il profilo più adeguato, trovando poi il giusto equilibrio tra le necessità dell'azienda e quelle del lavoratore. Il lato umano che spesso nelle agenzie per il lavoro manca qui invece è molto sentito.
AxL staff is very professional and competent. Starting from the understanding of the company reality and its needs, they search for the most appropriate profile, then finding the right balance between the needs of the company and those of the worker. The human side that is often lacking in employment agencies is very much felt here.

Mi hanno saputo indirizzare, formare( attraverso l assegno per il lavoro), e incoraggiare, verso quella che sarebbe stata, poi , la mia nuova strada. Disponibili, attenti e ancora con quell umanita, alla quale non siamo più abituati a confrontarci. Purtroppo qui si possono mettere solo 5 stelle........meriterebbero almeno una cometa....⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I shared a little piece of my new "career path" with AxL of Verona ..... I had been coming from an artisan business for several years, and I was VAT registered. No problem! They knew how to guide me, train me (through the work allowance), and encourage me towards what would later be my new path. Available, attentive and still with that humanity, to which we are no longer used to confront. Unfortunately here you can only put 5 stars ........ they deserve at least one comet .... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
