★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo rivolti NUOVAMENTE a questa agenzia, solo perchè avendo presso di loro un credito in sospeso, contavamo di recuperarlo.
Prenotiamo un fine settimana a Lipari...ed inizia un calvario, che riassumerò brevemente perchè solo a pensarci mi salgono nuovamente i nervi. A parte che la struttura, contattata da noi in privato, ci chiede solo un acconto. L' agenzia invece ci richiede il saldo delll intero importo. Saldiamo tutto l' importo con carta di credito !
Ma all' hotel, non solo mandano un bonifico d' acconto, (la cifra esatta che ci aveva richiesto l' hotel da privati). Avuta questa notizia dalla responsabile dell' hotel, riandiamo in agenzia. Dove ci dicono che NOI abbiamo scelto di pagare l' intero importo ! E dopo averci detto che avrebbero inviato il saldo all' hotel giorno 20 Luglio (??? perchè???) Ma non è finita.Sorpresa delle sorprese...mi chiama l' hotel, dicendo che hanno ricevuto bonifico d' acconto da parte dell' agenzia...valuta 24 Luglio. Ma la nostra vacanza doveva iniziare il 23. E l' agenzia...ci aveva assicurato di saldare il 20 Luglio !!!!! Come finirà'? Un consiglio, State lontani !!!!
 We turned to this agency AGAIN, only because we had a pending credit with them, we were hoping to recover it.
We book a weekend in Lipari ... and an ordeal begins, which I will summarize briefly because just thinking about it gets my nerves again. Apart from that the structure, contacted by us in private, only asks us for a deposit. The agency, on the other hand, requires us to pay the full amount. We pay the full amount by credit card!
But to the hotel, they not only send a bank transfer (the exact amount that the hotel had requested from private individuals). Having received this news from the manager of the hotel, we go back to the agency. Where they tell us that WE have chosen to pay the full amount! And after telling us that they would send the balance to the hotel on July 20th (??? why ???) But it's not over.Surprise of surprises ... the hotel calls me, saying that they have received a deposit from part of the agency ... evaluates 24 July. But our vacation was supposed to start on the 23rd. And the agency ... had assured us to pay on July 20th !!!!! How will it end? A word of advice, stay away !!!!
