Molto professionali sulle valutazioni immobiliari .Dopo un anno che non riuscivo a vendere , sono ritornato da loro e mi hanno acquistato l'immobile risolvendo anche problemi urbanistici .Mi hanno pienamente soddisfatto Welcome and availability. Non hanno più risposto ad email (anche dell'avvocato) e telefonate, facendomi perdere 6mesi e un'altra proposta d'acquisto. Scandaloso. Fate attenzione. Premesso che mi occupo di gestione immobili ad uso ricettivo quindi un po di esperienze con questo mondo le ho avute. ma quando per problemi miei personali ho voluto affidarmi a dei professionisti del settore pensavo che loro avrebbero fatto al caso mio. Invece no!!! un incubo!!! mi hanno cambiato 3 volte la proposta del mio immobile facendo mi parlare con un commerciale e poi un fantomatico quanto bizzarro avvocato il quale all'ultimo appuntamento alla 3 versione dei fatti mi fa l'ultima proposta a ribasso!!! Diffidate da chi pensa di essere un professionista, ma non lo è affatto. Non basta avere un bell'ufficio all'eur per esercitare in modo consono la propria professione, serve competenza e duro lavoro. the worst experience I have had with a real estate agency !!! Mettono un annuncio per la vendita di un immobile in zona Castelli Romani. Dichiarano di non essere un'agenzia ma un fondo. (Si compra direttamente dal costruttore). Andiamo per due volte a vedere l'immobile. Ci piace, vogliamo procedere. Inizia una tiritera infinita per riuscire a vedere i documenti di questa benedetta casa e poter fare una proposta d'acquisto. Mi danno appuntamento tre volte, poi il giorno prima rimandano. Per un mese e mezzo inseguo la consulente immobiliare (inoltro sempre lo stesso messaggio su Whatsapp: Mi contattate per fissare un appuntamento?). Spariscono.Poi ricompaiono dopo un mese, mi contatta HO di Milano: "strano non sia stata ricontattata. sollecitiamo il consulente." La consulente dopo una settimana mi chiama e mi fissa un appuntamento presso loro sede all'Eur. Io faccio i salti mortali quel giorno per riuscire a lasciare la macchina da quelle parti, perchè lavoro in tutt'altra zona. Appuntamento era alle 15. Alle 13 mi scrivono che l'appuntamento è annullato. Da allora mai più sentiti. Mai ricevuto un trattamento simile da parte di un intermediario. Maleducati, con scarsissima professionalità e attenzione al cliente. Axanti real estate. Bad. The worst experience with an intermediary that has ever happened to me. They meet me three times, then they postpone the day before. For a month and a half I chase the real estate consultant (I always forward the same message on Whatsapp: Do you contact me to make an appointment?). They disappear and then reappear after a month, I contact HO in Milan: "strange it has not been contacted. We solicit the consultant." After a week the consultant calls me and makes an appointment at their headquarters in Eur. I jump through hoops that day to be able to leave the car over there, because I work in a completely different area. Appointment was at 15. At 13 they write to me that the appointment is canceled. Since then never heard from again. Never received similar treatment from an intermediary. Rude, with very little professionalism and attention to the customer.
