Il Sig. Casini mi ha accompagnato in tutto il percorso, che è andato dalla proposta, al preliminare, e poi al rogito, passando per diverse problematiche burocratiche emerse strada facendo, per le quali pure ha fornito la sua presenza e assistenza. In una società ormai spesso veloce e sbrigativa, ho trovato un'Agenzia veramente seria e gestita da un professionista. Complimenti. Bene, anche io la pensavo così, ma per fortuna ho trovato la villa che cercavo con la D&G ed ho effettuato il mio acquisto tramite la consulenza e l'infinita professionalità e cortesia del Sig. Casini. Mi aveva promesso che si sarebbe interessato della compravendita fino al rogito notarile e così è stato. Non ricordo una volta in cui la D&G non abbia risposto alle mie chiamate e alle mie richieste. La mia compravendita è stata molto complessa e travagliata, ma non sono mai stato abbandonato, neanche quando i compiti dell'intermediatore si erano conclusi per legge. È proprio quando si verificano problemi che il valore di questi professionisti viene fuori! Quando c'è la passione a fare da forza trainante per il tuo lavoro, i risultati si vedono e noi clienti ne beneficiamo. Consiglio a tutti questa Agenzia e ringrazio ancora il Sig. Casini per quanto ha fatto per la mia famiglia. Well, I thought so too, but luckily I found the villa I was looking for with D&G and made my purchase through the advice and the infinite professionalism and courtesy of Mr. Casini. He promised me that he would be interested in the sale until the notarial deed and so it was. I don't remember a time when D&G didn't respond to my calls and requests. My trade was very complex and troubled, but I was never abandoned, even when the intermediary's duties had been concluded by law.
