★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assurdo! AXA offre un servizio assicurativo a tariffa unica di 100 euro / anno per i motocicli storici (lo acquisto dal 2015 ogni anno) e loro lo propongono a 250 euro / anno senza alcun motivo!
Avevo necessità di cambiare agenzia e mi sono rivolto a lo per lo stesso identico servizio che ormai rinnovo ogni anno dal 2015. Dopo aver dovuto inviare tramite email alla Sig. Loredana tutta la documentazione del motociclo da assicurare, mi contatta telefonicamente per dirmi che l’importo annuale è pari a 250 euro. Ho chiesto ulteriori spiegazioni e mi è stato risposto semplicemente che questo servizio da loro costa così. Mah.
Prima di cambiare compagnia (per fortuna) ho contattato la sede generale che, con grande cortesia, stupore e comprensione, mi ha invitato a contattare un’altra agenzia sul territorio.
Ho contattato l’agenzia generale di Cosenza e naturalmente mi ha attivato il servizio che ormai acquisto dal 2015 al prezzo di 100 euro / anno.
Buh! In poche parole se avessi acquistato da loro avrei speso 150 euro in più per avere lo stesso identico servizio! Complimenti.
Absurd! AXA offers a single rate insurance service of 100 euros / year for historic motorcycles (I buy it from 2015 every year) and they offer it at 250 euros / year for no reason!
I needed to change the agency and I turned to him for the exact same service that I have renewed every year since 2015. After having had to send all the documentation of the motorcycle to be insured to Mr. Loredana, he contacted me by phone to tell me that the annual amount is equal to 250 euros. I asked for further explanation and was simply told that this service costs them that way. Mah.
Before changing the company (thankfully) I contacted the head office which, with great courtesy, amazement and understanding, invited me to contact another agency in the area.
I contacted the general agency of Cosenza and of course I activated the service that I have now purchased since 2015 at the price of 100 euros / year.
Buh! In a nutshell if I had bought from them I would have spent 150 euros more to have the exact same service! Compliments.
