I would have given 5 stars for the work done, but unfortunately the next assistance does not exist: it has lowered a door of the window that I have installed and I have been waiting for 6 months to come to fix it. The official excuse is that I'm not in the area , but 6 months of waiting without being able to open the French door seems to me an excessive wait
