Purtroppo ho avuto una pessima esperienza, mi hanno "rifilato" una polizza con rinnovo automatico senza avvisarmi al momento della firma, dopo un anno e due mesi mi hanno contattato dicendo che non avevo pagato il rinnovo. Hanno voluto il pagamento dell'intero anno senza alcun compromesso e al mio lamentarmi del fatto che non sapessi del rinnovo sono stato liquidato con "abbiamo dato per scontato lo sapesse" (come se facessi questo lavoro!).
 Attention, very little professionalism! Unfortunately I had a very bad experience, they "fed" me a policy with automatic renewal without notifying me at the time of signing, after a year and two months they contacted me saying that I had not paid for the renewal. They wanted the full year's payment without any compromise and my complaining that I didn't know about the renewal was liquidated with "we assumed he knew" (as if I were doing this job!).
