★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio di scarpe normalissimo anzi...... mi sembrano tutti uguali.... nota pisitiva: il commesso simpaticissimo, rapido, preparato e ci sa fare coi clienti.... peccato quel tatuaggio tutto "pieno di inchiostro" che sembrava un calzino scuro......l'ho preso in giro e lui carinamente è stato al gioco....e intanto mi ha rifilato 3 paia di scarpe.....!!!! BRAVO
 Very normal shoe store indeed ...... they all seem to me the same .... note: the very nice salesman, fast, prepared and knows how to do with customers .... sin that tattoo all "full of ink" that seemed a dark sock ...... I teased him and he nicely was at the game .... and meanwhile he trimmed me 3 pairs of shoes ..... !!!! GOOD BOY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri ho chiesto ad una commessa se aveva il 43 e mezzo di una scarpa Timberland e lei incredula e anche un po sarcastica mi ha risposto che non le fanno le mezze misure che non esistono! A quel punto gli ho detto che cerano e come le mezze misure come su molti altri tipi di modelli o marche ma lei quasi mi rideva in faccia!! Cmq sono andato da CISALFA trovando PERSONALE QUALIFICATO E GENTILE e anche il 43 e mezzo che cercavo!
Yesterday I asked a saleswoman if she had the 43 and a half of a Timberland shoe and she incredulous and even a little sarcastic replied that they do not make the half sizes that do not exist! At that point I told him they were and like half sizes as on many other types of models or brands but she almost laughed in my face !! Anyway I went to CISALFA finding QUALIFIED AND KIND STAFF and also the 43 and a half I was looking for!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel negozio, pulito belle luci ma personalmente non trovo mai modelli di scarpe innovativi a differenza dei concorrenti del centro commerciale. Nota positiva i dipendenti sempre pronti a venirti in contro.
Nice shop, clean nice lights but personally I never find innovative shoe models unlike the mall competitors. Positive note the employees always ready to come in against you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio clienti telefonico, commessi che attaccano al telefono senza lasciar finire i clienti di parlare e rispondono senza la minima cordialità e professionalità. Il negozio offre numerosi modelli di scarpe ai normali prezzi di retail, ogni tanto buone scontistiche ma ripeto il servizio clienti è vergognoso.
Bad telephone customer service, salespeople who hang up on the phone without letting customers finish talking and respond without the slightest friendliness and professionalism. The store offers numerous models of shoes at normal retail prices, sometimes good discounts but again the customer service is shameful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina sono entrata in questo negozio per regalarmi un paio di scarpe. Il ragazzo che mi ha aiutato, Luca, è davvero molto preparato ed ha saputo consigliarmi il meglio e spiegarmi come pulire bene il mio nuovo paio di Jordan...complimenti!
This morning I went into this shop to give myself a pair of shoes. The guy who helped me, Luca, is really very prepared and was able to advise me on the best and explain how to clean my new pair of Jordans well ... congratulations!
