F	Fabrizio Cortesi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per una trattativa di uscita da un'azienda, oggettivamente molto difficile con cui avere a che fare, trattativa guidata esssenzialmente dall'azienda anche nella stesura dell'accordo privato soltanto revisionato, mi sarei aspettato una tariffa molto più bassa per le poche ore di lavoro dello studio, peraltro svolto con attenzione e competenza. Ma da una situazione iniziale prospettata dove la parte tariffaria doveva riguardare una trattativa tra studio legale e azienda, quindi mai contrattata con me, fin poi a scoprire che in realtà l'onorario davvero spropositato veniva sottratto dalla mia buonuscita (dato che l'azienda non la trattavas eparatamente con loro), lascia molto amaro in bocca, oltre che una rilevante perdita economica. Devo perciò dare un punteggio complessivo basso proprio per la tariffa assolutamente spropositata che di fatto ha ridotto significativamente la mia buonuscita aziendale. A	Aiuti dallo Stato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno mi sono rivolto a questo studio per un licenziamento di giusta causa e dopo circa 18 mesi dopo aver fatto diverse udienze siamo riusciti a vincere la Causa con il reintegro in azienda in più 12 mensilità premetto che avevo il contratto jobs act quindi magnifico lavoro da parte di questo studio. Ringrazio tutte le persone che vi lavorano.
