La ditta con addetti egiziani, estremamente maleducati, raccolgono l'umido lungo i corselli dei box, coi liquami che fuoriescono dai sacchi, attirando pertanto topi, che mi sono ritrovato nel box. Deiezioni nel vano motore della mia auto. Cavo regolatore della moto masticato. Ho mandato foto e scritto più volte allo studio, per avere una risposta assai sbrigativa mesi dopo. Siccome è sistematico i casi sono 2: o mi ignora l'amministratore, oppure la signorina non passa l'informazione. L'ultimo caso: dovrei denunciare l'atteggiamento di un condomino che deturpa le parti comuni del condominio (con tanto di prove!) ma sembra non freghi a nessuno, dato che anche questa volta nessuno mi ha richiamato. Damaso o segretaria, sappiate che le stelle di valutazione sono commisurate all'efficienza del servizio, e non essere mai richiamati dopo una richiesta di contatto (dove anche anticipo le motivazioni della chiamata!) non è un servizo efficiente. Damaso, magari ne parli con la signorina che ho contattato più di 20 gg fa...
