Zwei Tage abgerechnet obwohl Fahrzeug nur einen Tag genutzt wurde.
Bei Abgabe des Fahrzeugs konnte uns niemand eine Rechnung ausstellen.
Absolut unfreundlicher und inkompetenter Service!
Nie wieder!
 RIP OFF!!!
Two days billed although vehicle was used only one day.
No one could issue us an invoice when the vehicle was delivered.
Absolutely unfriendly and incompetent service!
Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noleggiatore AVIS. Ho prenotato un furgone di venerdi alle 14.00 per 24 ore e nessuno mi viene a dire che il giorno dopo non posso restituirlo, ma appena lunedi???? Ora devo fare 40 km per restituirlo in un altra cittá!!! Per non pagare 3 giorni al posto di 1.
AVIS charterer. I booked a van Friday at 14.00 for 24 hours and nobody tells me that the day after I can not return it, but just Monday ???? Now I have to do 40 km to return it to another city !!! Not to pay 3 days instead of 1.

We break the car, the insurance sends us to Avis to collect a replacement car. Which is not there. We remain a w.e. on foot, then the insurance sends us back to Avis, for a new car it replaced. Which is not there. You tell me ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auto war weder innen (leere Müsliriegel Packung lag noch unter dem Fahrersitz) noch außen ordentlich geputzt, was gerade in Corona Zeiten eher bedenklich ist. Ansonsten nettes Personal, schnell und effizient.
The car was neither inside (empty granola bar pack was still under the driver's seat) nor properly cleaned outside, which is rather questionable, especially in Corona times. Otherwise nice staff, quick and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were able to get me my car quickly. It it's also a service department for an opal car dealership. Original person did not speak English but was able to get someone quickly to assist. About a 14 minute walk from the train station.

The car was better than I booked and expected.
Super comfortable and modern. Thank you for the car and the uncomplicated service.
The only bad thing I can report is some money they charged me many days after I rent the car from my credit card without any information. Sad that they couldn't provide me the reason for that extra fee. So I need to reduce one star for my rating.
