★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho noleggiato un'auto presso AVIS sino in molo IV Trieste il giorno 14-12-2019 ore 12.00 e riconsegnata il giorno 16-12-2019 entro le ore 10.00 con serbatoio pieno e pulita, in poche parole, nelle stesse condizioni del ritiro, guarda caso a seguito verifica mi sono visto decurtare 9,37€ senza giustificato motivo... ripeto senza giustificato motivo... nonostante avessero il mio indirizzo e-mail e numero di cellulare, anche perché credo, dovrebbero rilasciare una ricevuta relativa alla prestazione extra, almeno per sapere di cosa si tratta, di questo mi informerò presso gli uffici degli organi preposti. Fidarsi è bene, non fidarsi è meglio. Con questi soggetti bisogna mettere sempre nero su bianco.
I rented a car at AVIS until pier IV Trieste on 12-14-2019 at 12.00 and returned on 16-12-2019 by 10.00 with a full and clean tank, in a nutshell, in the same conditions as the collection, coincidentally, after verification I saw myself cut € 9.37 without justified reason ... I repeat without justified reason ... despite having my e-mail address and mobile number, also because I believe, they should issue a receipt relating to the service extra, at least to find out what it is, I will inquire about this at the offices of the relevant bodies. Trust is good, not trusting is better. With these subjects you must always put black on white.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star is a waste for this scammer woman. I wish there were zero stars. She made me sign the contract then gave me the keys to the car. But the air conditioner was not working. She even claimed I didn't ask for ac specifically. The weather is 37 celcius and I didn't ask for ac?!?!?! I showed my reservation which said air conditioner was included. She said she didn't mention it and I had to pay. They had other cars in the parking. But she didn't give them. I tried to make another reservation but she didn't give them. She wouldn't cancel the reservation. Then I asked for cops and magically she cancelled it. Shame on you!
