Un timo. Cogí un coche con arañazos, me dijeron que no pasaba nada que ya lo sabían y hoy al dejarlo me han cobrado la franquicia por los arañazos. Se ríen de las personas que no contratamos su seguro.
A scam. I took a car with scratches, they told me that nothing happened that they already knew and today, when I left it, they charged me for the scratch. They laugh at people who don't take out their insurance.

Sono BLOCCATO in mezzo alla strada con la neve. Nel sito specifica " La stazione di noleggio da te indicata rientra tra quelle ove vige l'obbligo degli equipaggiamenti invernali e pertanto abbiamo AGGIUNTO AUTOMATICAMENTE alla tua prenotazione tali dispositivi." Nel mezzo che ho ricevuto le catene NON ci sono. Ho chiamato e mi hanno detto che avrei dovuto pagare un EXTRA e che avrei dovuto chiedere ed avrei dovuto controllare. Fortemente SCONSIGLIATO, leggetevi anche le altre recensioni, tutte negative.
I'm STUCK in the middle of the road with snow. On the site specifies "The rental station indicated by you is one of those where winter equipment is mandatory and therefore we have AUTOMATICALLY ADDED these devices to your booking." In the middle that I received the chains are NOT there. I called and they told me I should pay EXTRA and I should ask and check. Strongly NOT RECOMMENDED, also read the other reviews, all negative.

Il giorno in cui avevo necessità di noleggiare un'auto erano presenti sono mezzi a costo elevato nonostante il sito desse disponibili utilitarie a prezzo molto più basso. Facendo la prenotazione online veniva richiesto il pagamento anticipato con sconto che si bloccava sempre al momento del perfezionamento del pagamento. Non si veniva neanche avvisati che era necessario l'uso di una carta di credito per poter noleggiare un mezzo.

La signora che gestisce l l'ufficio è veramente scortese!! Ho già avuto 2 esperienze negative.Io prenoto tramite Auto Europe perché il prezzo è la metà che direttamente dal sito Budget E questa da fastidio alla signora. La prima volta ha fatto storie x la carta di credito dicendo che non va Dopo 1 ora l l'ho usata ed era tutto regolare.Oggi ho chiesto se posso ritirare l auto un paio d ore prima mi voleva fare pagare 90 euro in più!! Prima di chiedereil cambio ho chiamato Auto Europe e mi hanno risposto che è possibile visto che c' è la disponibilità del mezzo . Non capisco le cattiverie gratuite!! Cosa le cambiava alla signora darmela un paio d ' ore prima !!
The lady who runs the office is really rude !! I have already had 2 negative experiences. I book through Auto Europe because the price is half that directly from the Budget website and this bothers the lady. The first time he made a fuss about the credit card saying that it's wrong After 1 hour I used it and it was all regular. Today I asked if I can pick up the car a couple of hours before he wanted me to pay 90 euros more! ! Before asking for the change I called Auto Europe and they replied that it is possible since there is availability of the vehicle. I don't understand the bad things for free !! What changed her for the lady to give it to me a couple of hours before !!

Do not rent a car here! The staff is very rude and seems uninterested in helping you in any way. The business is shady and the branch does not seem to care about its website. I booked a car via their website and they simply told me they dont have any cars. They told me I should quickly cancel my reservations else i might even be charged. And that was that for my holiday plans to croatia.

DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY. I rented a car with this company. After driving 20km to Slovenia the car had an "code 84" sign on the dashboard and the car started to drive sluggishly. We rang the office in Trieste who were rude and referred us to the roadside assistance phone number. We were passed repeatedly from Slovenian roadside assistance to Italian roadside assistance with no solution offered. Eventually it was established that they would send a tow truck for the car but leave us on the side of the road. I asked them how we'd get back to Trieste and they didn't know or seem to care. We decided, after 2 hours waiting and calling to no avail, to chance driving back to Trieste as the error code was not on the dashboard. When we returned the car, we told the representative that we had concerns about the car's safety. She said "the previous car renter said there was no problem"!!! Eek. This is a very poor attitude to car safety. Worst customer service imaginable also. I will be pursuing this.

The worst customer experience i’ve every faced in my life. After a long discussion the agent and I clearly stated that I would NOT like to have the full coverage. There was no room for misinterpretation. Then she printed the contact and I read it through. Obviously not carefully enough, because she had sneaked in the full coverage anyhow. She did not tell me at any time and the withdrawal was not seen on my credit card until i’d left Trieste a week later. It’s on the customer to read the contract carefully enough. But it’s on the company to be honest and act according to business ethics. Fooling the customer like that is not only unethical but it’s on the fair line of being fraud. I recommend absolutely no one ever to rent a car from Budget in Trieste. There are other opportunities worth considering within the city.
