★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima volta che ho pensato di noleggiare un auto, quindi inesperta e anche un po' idiota, però c'ha pensato l'operatore a farmi sentire ancora più idiota — scorbutico e scocciato, risposte monosillabiche senza spiegazioni, e impazienza di concludere la telefonata.
Non ti preoccupare, che non prenotero' mai più. Ora aspetto il rimborso della cancellazione...
First time I thought of renting a car, so inexperienced and even a bit idiotic, but the operator thought about making me feel even more idiotic - grumpy and annoyed, monosyllabic answers without explanation, and impatience to end the call.
Don't worry, I will never book again. Now I am waiting for the refund of the cancellation ...
