★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata in questa agenzia per avere informazioni su un viaggio che vorrei fare, sono stata accolta in modo non cortese, a disposizione del pubblico una sola persona, dopo aver fatto 30 minuti di fila mi sono accomodata, alla mia richiesta mi hanno risposto che la signora che era dopo me doveva consegnare dei documenti, avrebbero controllato i documenti dato delle "dritte" poi si sarebbero occupati della mia richiesta.
I entered this agency to get information on a trip that I would like to do, I was greeted in a non-courteous way, only one person available to the public, after having done 30 minutes in a row I sat down, at my request they replied that the lady who was after me had to deliver documents, they would check the documents given some "tips" then they would deal with my request.
