Since Monday waiting for our lost suitcase at an airport for Iberia, with medication that we cannot buy in Italy, the carrier agreed to deliver it on Wednesday at an hour, we were waiting in advance all afternoon, it's Friday and nobody shows up here. APPALLING

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved stuff with them 4 times in the last 6 years. Avion has always communicated clearly and responsively. Estimates were transparent and updated promptly when I had to add extra items. All my items always got to the final destination. Actually one time there was one missing item (out of 10/15) that they delivered a few days later with no fuzz. I'll definitely use them again.
