Dopo circa 5 minuti di totale silenzio, da me impiegati per leggere i prezzi esposti accanto alle macchine, con fare molto frettoloso mi sono state fornite scarne indicazioni, quasi con fastidio. Quando comprai da voi una Nissan Micra dieci anni fa l'esperienza fu completamente diversa. Massima organizzazione e richieste di qualsiasi tipo sempre esaudite. Rimasto meravigliato e dubbioso la prima volta, dalla seconda in poi stesso parere, quindi non era un caso, sono il top. In 6 mesi in famiglia abbiamo comprato 2 vetture ...per la grande capacità del venditore. L'assistenza, l'officina e la carrozzeria sono da evitare come la peste. Costo dei tagliandi e dei ricambi allucinanti! Non rispettano le promo ed i prezzi del preventivatore ufficiale per l'intervento . Prezzi allucinanti, più del doppio di altre officine autorizzate della rete ufficiale. Per preventivare una riparazione o un intervento meccanico ... Pretendo €50 che naturalmente non viene eseguito subito ma per appuntamento e la vettura deve rimanere in officina senza auto di cortesia . Infine ... Bisogna anticipare di tasca il 50% dei ricambi senza sapere se l'RCA copre il danno o se il nonnino maldestro che ti ha danneggiato il veicolo intende risarcire di tasca il danno che ti ha causato . Mai più ....Renault Puglisi .... Flawless Sales Department ... Mr. Gusmano is the top as a seller. In 6 months as a family we bought 2 cars ... for the great ability of the seller. Service, workshop and bodywork are to be avoided like the plague. Shocking cost of coupons and spare parts! They do not respect the promos and prices of the official estimate for the intervention. Shocking prices, more than double that of other authorized workshops in the official network. To estimate a repair or a mechanical intervention ... I ask for € 50 which of course is not carried out immediately but by appointment and the car must remain in the workshop without a courtesy car. In the end ...
