★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato l'auto per una diagnosi per un rumore anomalo.
Qualche giorno dopo il ritiro sono andato a controllare il livello dell'olio motore visto che oltre ad altri controlli avevano fatto un rabbocco e scopro che l'asta del livello olio non era stata reinserita del tutto ed il coperchio in plastica del motore è stato lasciato appoggiato con tutte quattro le viti non avvitate, solo appoggiate (con le vibrazioni il coperchio rischiava di cadere o andar a interferire con altri componenti). Inoltre in fase di rabbocco è stato sversato pure olio sul coperchio.
Il capo officina mi aveva rassicurato che aveva fatto un bel giro con l'auto per provarla e che andava bene, peccato solo che da quando l'ho lasciata a quando l'ho ritirata il tachimetro è aumentato solo di 300 metri. Non credo proprio che questa distanza possa considerarsi un bel giro per la prova di un’auto.
Molto deluso poiché pensavo di affidarmi a un centro professionale che lavorasse con molta precisione invece dopo questa esperienza mi sbagliavo. Visto il prezzo di un service Vw queste cose non devono certo succedere.
 I took the car for a diagnosis for an abnormal noise.
A few days after the collection I went to check the engine oil level as in addition to other checks they had made a topping up and I discovered that the oil dipstick had not been completely reinserted and the plastic engine cover was left supported with all four unscrewed screws, only supported (with vibrations the cover risked falling or interfering with other components). In addition, oil was also spilled on the lid during topping up.
The foreman reassured me that he had taken a good ride with the car to test it and that it was fine, just a pity that since I left it until I retired it the speedometer has only increased by 300 meters. I really don't think this distance can be considered a good lap for a car test.
Very disappointed because I thought of relying on a professional center that worked with great precision but after this experience I was wrong. Given the price of a Vw service, these things certainly don't have to happen.

Aldo Zarantonello si è dimostrato un Venditore con la "V" maiuscola, una persona che lascia che il cliente si innamori della nuova auto senza essere invadente, ma consigliando e dimostrandosi fin da subito una persona che ti sembra di aver sempre conosciuto, provocando nel cliente stesso una totale fiducia. Consiglio a tutti una visita presso questa bellissima concessionaria, dove verrete accolti appena entrati, dal sorriso e la cortesia della Signorina Zarantonello alla reception.
What can I say ... in addition to the proverbial reliability and design of "my" Volkswagen brand, at Autovega in Romano d'Ezzelino I found: availability, kindness, punctuality, precision and highly professional assistance in the purchase and delivery procedure of our new "T -Roc R-Line ". In particular, Mr. Aldo Zarantonello proved to be a Seller with a capital "V", a person who lets the customer fall in love with the new car without being intrusive, but advising and immediately proving to be a person who you always seem to have known, provoking total trust in the customer. I recommend everyone a visit to this beautiful dealership, where you will be greeted as soon as you enter, by the smile and courtesy of Signorina Zarantonello at the reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una Tiguan presso questo concessionario ,devo dire che sono rimasto molto contento del servizio che mi hanno dato , specialmente nella cordialità che ha avuto il Sig Aldo "il venditore" molto professionale e gentile nel capire le mie esigenze , mi ero recato anche in altre concessionarie abitando a Treviso ,ma devo dire che a livello di vendita e post vendita non c è paragone ,consiglio di fare qualche kilometro in più ma ne vale la pena .
I bought a Tiguan at this dealership, I must say that I was very happy with the service they gave me, especially in the friendliness that Mr. Aldo "the seller" had, very professional and kind in understanding my needs, I also went to other dealerships living in Treviso, but I must say that in terms of sales and after-sales there is no comparison, I recommend doing a few more kilometers but it is worth it.
