Nel giro di 5 ore, l'auto è già stata venduta ad altra persona senza alcuna premura di avvisarmi. Nessuna serietà! Bad experience. La casa madre effettua tutte le verifiche del caso, il risultato è che la macchina è fuori garanzia e siccome nei tagliandi effettuati sempre da Autotre non sono stati utilizzati componenti originali, non rispondono su nulla. Iniziamo quindi a dialogare con loro che ci hanno preso in giro per quasi un mese dicendo che stavano trovando una soluzione ma alla fine abbiamo dovuto trovarla noi acquistando una nuova auto(BMW) da concessionaria ufficiale vendendo la Jaguar da riparare, quindi praticamente a peso. Ciliegina sulla torta, il motore della Jaguar è scoppiato qualche giorno prima del tagliando programmato in Autotre, l’auto nonostante il rumore assordante siamo riusciti a portarla comunque in officina, hanno avuto il coraggio di fare il tagliando facendocelo pagare ignorando totalmente il rumore al motore. Nel pomeriggio quando abbiamo chiesto se avessero analizzato il rumore, la risposta è stata..quale rumore? Ecco…da quel giorno la macchina non l’abbiamo più vista. Ripeto, state distanti e affidatevi a professionisti che si assumono le proprie responsabilità. Keep your distance, they are legalized scammers.
