★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprata Chevrolet 5anni fa,consegnata con 150km e problemi ai freni,riportata più volte senza risolvere nulla (a fronte di tanti €)...ora ulteriori problemi...diagnosi: rottura volano,preventivo €3500....
Risultato?mio marito ipovedente ha risolto il tutto con 2 piccole manutenzioni!!!!!!!
Officina assolutamente incapaci!
 Bought Chevrolet 5 years ago, delivered with 150km and brake problems, reported several times without solving anything (in the face of many €) ... now more problems ... diagnosis: flywheel broken, estimate € 3500 ....
Result? My partially sighted husband has solved everything with 2 small maintenance !!!!!!!
Absolutely clueless workshop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono solito fare recensioni,anzi di norma se devo farne di negative evito proprio di scriverle, ma a sto giro non riesco proprio a trattenermi. Entro e sto in attesa mentre i due venditori parlano con altri clienti. Nell'attesa avviso anche che sto uscendo a fumare e che non sto andando via. Arriva il mio turno alle 12:30 spaccate, il venditore mi saluta(senza presentarsi) io non faccio in tempo a ricambiare il saluto, presentarmi e dire che avevo bisogno di qualche preventivo che mi viene detto che purtroppo devo tornare alle 15 in quanto ora stanno chiudendo. Nulla da togliere alla pausa pranzo di un lavoratore, ma a questo punto perché non dirmelo 15 minuti prima? O quando ho detto che uscivo a fumare? Forse il mercato delle auto non è così in crisi come dicono o forse questa particolare concessionaria può fare a meno di clienti. O magari vedendo un ragazzo di 30 anni lo considerano un compratore di serie B. A questo punto mi scuso io di avervi fatto perdere 10 secondi della vostra pausa e vi assicuro che non vi farò mai più perdere tempo così che ne abbiate a sufficienza per tutte le pause che volete. Piccola precisazione,una signora della amministrazione passata lì a portare alcune cose ha avuto molta più disponibilità a spiegarmi qualcosa (pur essendo, credo,il suo giorno libero) di un venditore che doveva andare in pausa pranzo. Quindi se volete comprare qualcosa da loro vi consiglio di andare mezz'ora dopo l'apertura ( in modo che possano fare tutto con estrema calma) ed andarvene mezz'ora prima della chiusura. Non sia mai che con i vostri acquisti possiate fargli ritardare la pausa.

So if you want to buy something from them I suggest you go half an hour after the opening (so that they can do everything with extreme calm) and leave half an hour before closing. Never be that with your purchases you can make him delay the break.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho letto alcune recensione che non penso siano veritiere.. Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo acquistato qui le nostre macchine, sono sempre stati cordiali e trasparenti, se qualcosa non andava bene lo comunicavano subito.
Per quanto riguarda gli orari, avendo poco personale mi pare ovvio che non abbiano tutto il tempo di questo mondo, altrimenti si dovrebbero sdoppiare per accontentare tutti. Se si ha fretta conviene magari chiamare prima, piuttosto che lamentarsi poi.
In ogni caso la consiglio.
I read some reviews that I don't think are true .. My partner and I bought our machines here, they have always been friendly and transparent, if something was not right they immediately communicated it.
As for the timetables, having few staff it seems obvious to me that they don't have all the time in this world, otherwise they would have to split up to satisfy everyone. If you are in a hurry it is better to call first, rather than complain later.
In any case, I recommend it.

sotto consiglio di mio zio sono venuto in questa concessionaria per avere un preventivo sulla nuova clio, per poi eventualmente acquistarla. Devo dire che a discapito di alcune recensioni che ho letto, mi sono presentato alle 12.40, e a mia sorpresa sono stato accolto calorosamente da un ragazzo giovane e un uomo di circa mezza età, e senza esitare hanno fatto il preventivo per l'auto da me richiesta, finendo di parlare alle 13.30 tra una cosa e l'altra. E dopo averci pensato molto su, ed essere andato anche in altri concessionari, non c'è da stupirsi per il fatto che mi sia presentato la sera stessa per acquistarla qua. Sono stati sin dall'inizio molto cordiali e pazienti!
