★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi sono recato nell'officina Autosport Ameglio a seguito dell'accensione di una spia nel cruscotto che allertava un problema al cambio automatico della golf gtd di mia figlia. Ho trovato gentilezza nell'accogliermi (anche se non sono un cliente abituale in quanto risiedo nella provincia di cn) e professionalità nell'intervento. complimenti , davvero bravi!!
 I went to the Autosport Ameglio workshop following the lighting of a warning light in the dashboard that alerted a problem to the automatic gearbox of my daughter's golf gtd. I found kindness in welcoming me (even if I am not a regular customer as I reside in the province of cn) and professionalism in the intervention. congratulations, really good!

Portata l'auto ieri mattina alle 8 come da appuntamento, mi è stato chiesto se avessi un mezzo per tornare a casa. Realizzato che sarei dovuto tornare a piedi sino in centro Oneglia, in meno di 5 min hanno organizzato il mio transfer a casa con una loro auto aziendale. Inaspettato e molto impressionato positivamente per l'attenzione al cliente. Well Done!! Cercherò sempre di avvalermi dei loro servizi, pur abitando per metà dell'anno in un' altra città. Ritirata l'auto all'orario convenuto nel pomeriggio.

I booked the first service of our VW last week, very kind in giving the day and time. I brought the car yesterday morning at 8 as per appointment, I was asked if I had a means to go home. Realizing that I would have to walk back to the center of Oneglia, in less than 5 minutes they organized my transfer home with their company car. Unexpected and very positively impressed with the attention to the customer. Well Done !! I will always try to use their services, even though I live in another city for half the year. Collected the car at the agreed time in the afternoon.
Reliable, professional and very kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto negativo, ho avuto problemi di elettronica da gennaio 2019 ho portato la macchina piu volte in assistenza ma non sono mai riusciti a risolvere il problema, mi hanno fatto spendere soldi inutilmente per sostituzione pezzi ma non sono mai riusciti a risolvermelo fino a quando all ennesimo ripresentarsi del problema si sono rifiutati di prenderla ancora in assistenza, in piu il titolare a richiesta di spiegazioni sui soldi spesi in maniera maleducata e arrogante si è rifiutato dicendo che non intendeva piu mettere mano alla macchina. Questo per farvi rendere conto di come sia poco professionale quest'uomo prende i soldi ma quando si tratta di prendersi responsabilita preferisce inventarsi scuse.
Very negative, I have had electronics problems since January 2019 I took the machine to service several times but they never managed to solve the problem, they made me spend money unnecessarily for parts replacement but they never managed to solve it until the umpteenth recurrence of the problem they refused to take it again in assistance, in addition the owner at the request of explanations on the money spent in a rude and arrogant way refused saying that he no longer intended to put his hand to the machine. This is to make you realize how unprofessional this man takes money but when it comes to taking responsibility he prefers to make excuses.
