★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo noleggiare un'auto dal 4 luglio al 15 luglio mi risponde la figlia al telefono con tono arrogante e scortese prima dicendomi che l'auto costa 30 Euro al giorno che per 11 giorni sono 330 Euro mentre lei mi disse che mi sarebbe venuto a costare 450 Euro, o la figlia non sa contare oppure cerca di fregare i clienti. In una seconda telefonata alquanto surreale non era possibile restituire l'auto il 15 luglio perché domenica l'autonoleggio è chiuso,quindi dovevo per forza noleggiare l'auto fino al 16 di Luglio,gli ripeto che mi serve l'auto fino al 15 luglio e che non volevo pagare un giorno in più e lei mi risponde con testuali parole "non ho tempo da perdere". Troviamo ugualmente un'accordo fino al 15 luglio dopo aver trattato a lungo, oggi richiamo e mi dice la Figlia del propietario che l'auto è già stata noleggiata!!! Incredibile ma vero, questo può succedere solo da La Biunda Auto.
Peccato che non posso dare 0 Stelle perché 1Stella è troppo.

I wanted to rent a car from 4 July to 15 July, the daughter answered the phone in an arrogant and rude tone before telling me that the car costs 30 Euros per day which for 11 days is 330 Euros while she told me that it would come to cost me 450 Euros, or the daughter can't count or tries to rip customers off. In a somewhat surreal second call it was not possible to return the car on July 15 because the car rental is closed on Sunday, so I had to rent the car until July 16, I repeat that I need the car until July 15 and that I didn't want to pay an extra day and she replies with textual words "I have no time to waste". We also find an agreement until July 15 after having dealt for a long time, today I call and the daughter of the owner tells me that the car has already been rented !!! Incredible but true, this can only happen from La Biunda Auto.
Too bad I can't give 0 Stars because 1Stella is too much.
Sconsigliatissimo !!!
