Mi è stato detto che il giorno seguente avrei potuto potuto recuperare la mia roba ma quando mi sono presentato mi è stato vietato, pur non essendo il mezzo sotto sequestro o sotto altri provvedimenti amministrativi perché il mezzo è a casa loro e loro decidono cosa puoi fare. Ho dovuto pagare il parcheggio per 7 giorni, nonostante fossero 5 effettivi oltre al servizio di traino salatissimo. Alla fine ho pagato un 'altra carrozzeria ed ho fatto portare via il mezzo. Sono rimasto a piedi causa malfunzionamento motorino avviamento fuso,ho chiamato l’assistenza ed è arrivato uno dei loro mezzi ( il carro attrezzi Iveco giallo, sulla fiancata era presente il numero 05 ). Carica l’auto e la scarica nell’area deposito, erano le 21 di sera, e mi fa firmare per la custodia dell’auto. Da notare che non ha rilevato alcun segno di striscio ( già presente ). Il giorno dopo mi riporta l’auto con uno striscio lungo tutta la fiancata di destra ( praticamente dal tappo del serbatoio a poco prima dello specchietto retrovisore laterale dx ). Resto allibito, chiamo e richiamo ma nulla, dicono che non hanno fatto niente e che anzi c’era già. A tal punto chiedo “perché non era stato segnalato nella carta firmata ieri ?!?” E loro rispondono che probabilmente il carrista non se ne è accorto. Il foglio informativo riporta dei prezzi poi maggiorati in modo arbitrario. Non si capisce perché il trasporto di un ciclomotore 50cc non mi sia stato valorizzato alla richiesta e ogni giorno di deposito del mezzo (in questo caso Vespa 50 special) da listino 5€ sia stato maggiorato a 10€ perché si trattava di una Vespa. Ricapitolando quindi il trasporto di una vespa 50 da Treviso viale della repubblica alla sede del soccorso in viale Felissent a Treviso, deposito del mezzo da venerdì pomeriggio a sabato mattina ho pagato 134€. Nonostante la richiesta di spiegazioni del costo del deposito mi é stato applicato un prezzo non dichiarato nel foglio informativo. Non mi lamento per i 10€ in più ma per l'atteggiamento poco trasparente. I can't say anything about professionalism, but I find customer management embarrassing.
