Hanno scritto un cartello a mano per indicare che all'entrata va preso un biglietto con scritto 'stop ticket'. C'è un tizio al gabbiotto che non ferma nessuno che entra e se ne frega se il biglietto non gli viene chiesto - in buona fede- qualora non si sia letto il cartello (che oltretutto è scritto piccolo e in inglese). Quando si va lì per pagare, in modo oltretutto molto arrogante, spara il prezzo '48 euro' per tre ore, in quanto ovviamente privi di biglietto avremmo dovuto pagare la tariffa completa, secondo un regolamento minuscolo che ci ha mostrato con spocchia. Davanti alle nostre proteste, sempre con molta arroganza, ci fa lo sconto "come se avessimo parcheggiato in albergo". 20 euro per tre ore. Neanche a Portofino. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO PARCHEGGIARE QUI. Shameful: they wanted to charge us 48 euros for staying three hours. They wrote a hand-written sign to indicate that a ticket with the word 'stop ticket' must be taken at the entrance. There is a guy at the booth who does not stop anyone entering and does not care if he is not asked for the ticket - in good faith - if he has not read the sign (which is also written small and in English). When you go there to pay, in a very arrogant way, shoot the '48 euro 'price for three hours, as obviously without a ticket we would have had to pay the full fare, according to a tiny regulation that he showed us with arrogance. In front of our protests, always with a lot of arrogance, he gives us a discount "as if we had parked in a hotel". 20 euros for three hours. Not even in Portofino. IT IS HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED TO PARK HERE.

L	Laura Molinari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domenica pomeriggio arrivo alle 18.10, il signore nel gabbiotto ci guarda e non esce per spiegarci come funziona nè darci il biglietto (dato che non c'è sbarra all'ingresso né macchinetta). Riprendiamo la macchina alle 20.10 e invece di pagare 4€, il tizio ce ne chiede 24€. Da evitare assolutamente! Sunday afternoon I arrive at 18.10, the gentleman in the booth looks at us and does not go out to explain how it works or give us the ticket (since there is no barrier at the entrance or machine). We get back to the car at 20.10 and instead of paying € 4, the guy asks us € 24. To be avoided absolutely!

z	zar ash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 euro per hour is almost 3 times the public parking price. Plus, they are rude. Second, they have privatized their public restroom despite signs. Last they refuse to give you your credit card ticket. Drive on.
S	Sari van Poelje on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were directed to this parking by hotel minerva. we paid the “discounted” hotel price of euro 21,40 for a day. luckily i insisted on a receipt. when we got to the gate he would not let us through unless we paid him an extra 2 euro cash. he said we had been more than 10 minutes. on the receipt i could show only 4 minutes had elapsed. when we refused to pay he started threatening not to let us out at all. when i said i would call the police he became even more threatening saying he had just come out of prison and if he were maffia he would cut my throat right there. in the end he opened the gate. i went back to the hotel minerva to complain. the receptionist said he was weird and handed us 2 euro back. my question: how did the receptionist know it was 2 euro????? i think the hotel is in on this scam.
