★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Autisti a dir poco spericolati, velocità in autostrada fuori controllo, abbaglianti accesi stando incollati alle auto che li precedono per chiedere strada, anche sotto la pioggia. Arroganti e pericolosi. Si sentono i padroni dell’autostrada a29, lamentele continue ma senza che diano spiegazioni o peggio ancora scuse. Prima o poi causeranno qualche incidente gravissimo, vedrete!!! Vergognoso anche perché trasportano persone, senza pudore!
 To say the least reckless drivers, speed on the highway out of control, high beams on while glued to the cars in front of them asking for directions, even in the rain. Arrogant and dangerous. The masters of the a29 motorway are heard, continuous complaints but without giving explanations or, worse still, apologies. Sooner or later they will cause some very serious accident, you will see !!! Shameful also because they carry people, without shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Peggiorato negli anni. Da Palermo a Marsala ci si mette almeno 3 ore, con il “diretto” un quarto d’ora in meno. Nonostante le limitazioni (anche quelle del buon senso) affollano le corse per coprire tutti i posti. In biglietterie non danno informazioni adeguate, online invece ci sono gravi inesatte. Ci fosse un servizio ferroviario decente potrebbero chiudere battenti. I viaggi della speranza
Bad service. Worsened over the years. From Palermo to Marsala it takes at least 3 hours, with the "direct" one quarter of an hour less. Despite the limitations (even those of common sense) they crowd the races to cover all seats. At the ticket offices they do not give adequate information, online instead there are serious inaccuracies. If there was a decent train service they could close. Journeys of Hope

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nessun controllo delle mascherine, la metà dei passeggeri non hanno mai indossato la mascherina, pieno di gente che tossisce o starnutisce. Personale non idoneo ne predisposto al contenimento del contagio. Viaggio non sicuro in tempo di emergenza sanitaria. Sconsigliato.
No mask checks, half of the passengers have never worn the mask, full of people coughing or sneezing. Personnel not suitable or predisposed to contain the contagion. Unsafe travel in time of medical emergency. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio, sedili scomodi e neppure atrezzati con un misero tavolino o cariche batterie, considerato che è un viaggio di 12 ore !!!!
Ambiente sporchissimo , davvero senza pulizia.
Orari scomodi,non viaggeró mai piu con loro.
Di solito viaggio con treno ma per lavori alla ferrovia tra villa e salerno non ho avuto scelta
In questo devo ringraziarli,non avevo alternative per sicilia
Bad service, uncomfortable seats and not even equipped with a poor table or battery charges, considering that it is a 12 hour journey !!!!
Very dirty environment, really without cleaning.
Inconvenient times, I will never travel with them again.
I usually travel by train but for work on the railway between villa and salerno I had no choice
In this I have to thank them, I had no alternative for Sicily

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware taking this bus. The driver closed the door on me as I was getting off! Then, on the return trip, the bus came before the time on the ticket and I waited two hours for the next bus. Those two hours became two and a half because that bus was thirty minutes late. It passed without slowing, just blowing by as I waved my arms uselessly. Welcome to Sicily.
