★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima scuola, Daniela e simpatica e cordiale, mio figlio è stato seguito fino all'ultimo e preparato benissimo. Ha preso la patente senza essere mai stato bocciato, nonostante non avesse mai guidato. Adesso abbiamo iscritto anche nostra figlia e mi pare di capire che sono stati introdotti dei piccoli cambiamenti che hanno migliorato ulteriormente il servizio.
Excellent school, Daniela is nice and friendly, my son was followed up to the last and very well prepared. He got his driver's license without ever having been rejected, despite never having driven. Now we have also registered our daughter and I understand that some small changes have been introduced that have further improved the service.

Tutti super competenti e disponibili a partire dalla teoria che viene spiegata sempre dalla stessa persona e in modo super professionale, le guide vengono svolte da istruttori competenti disponibili PAZIENTI. Stra consiglio.

Mi sono iscritta all'Universale, dopo due dolorose bocciature in un'altra autoscuola (Sartini) e con l'autostima ai minimi storici, ma Daniela (la proprietaria) e Angelo (l'istruttore che ho avuto) mi hanno accolta con una gentilezza che ha pochi eguali e senza pregiudizi. Se finalmente sono riuscita a prendere la patente, è anche merito loro. Aggiungo che Angelo è un insegnante eccellente: prepatissimo, simpatico, affabile, comprensivo e, cosa molto importante, umano. Non lo ringrazierò mai abbastanza per come mi ha aiutata.
It is an exceptional driving school ... I enrolled in the Universal, after two painful failures in another driving school (Sartini) and with self-esteem at an all-time low, but Daniela (the owner) and Angelo (the instructor I had) welcomed me with a kindness that has few equals and without prejudice. If I finally managed to get my driver's license, it is also thanks to them. I would add that Angelo is an excellent teacher: very prepared, nice, affable, understanding and, very importantly, human. I can never thank him enough for how he helped me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patentata da quasi due settimane, finalmente, dopo due tentativi in un' altra autoscuola!!
Un ringraziamento va sicuramente a Daniela, la quale mi ha incoraggiata e supportata fin dal primo giorno con la sua gentilezza e disponibilità infinita.
L' altro, invece, ancora piu speciale, va al mio istruttore, Aurelio. È stato mooolto paziente, e decisamente il miglior compagno di guida serale post lavoro!!! Tra ansie e paure sono riusciti a farmi passare gli esami alla prima, da non credere! Io e mio fratello abbiamo la patente grazie a loro due! Ancora grazie!

Licensed for almost two weeks, finally, after two attempts in another driving school !!
Thanks certainly go to Daniela, who encouraged and supported me from day one with her kindness and infinite availability.
The other, however, even more special, goes to my instructor, Aurelio. He was sooo patient, and definitely the best after-work evening driving companion !!! Between anxieties and fears they managed to make me pass the exams at the first, unbelievable! My brother and I have a driver's license thanks to the two of them! Thank you again!
