★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCORRETTI!! Ho chiamato per fare il rinnovo patente. Mi hanno detto la cifra specificando che era tutto compreso. Ma una volta fatto tutto al momento della consegna della patente hanno preteso altri soldi per la raccomandata. Tutte le scuole CONCORRENTI, che purtroppo non ho SCELTO, mi hanno specificato i costi aggiuntivi per telefono , se voi pubblicizzate i vostri prezzi come tutto compreso lo devono essere!!! Per di più quando ho fatto notare la cosa, la ragazza è stata particolarmente scortese e antipatica. Molto male!!!
 INCORRECT !! I called to renew my license. They told me the figure specifying that it was all inclusive. All the COMPETING schools, which unfortunately I have not CHOSEN, have specified the additional costs by phone, if you advertise your prices as all inclusive they must be !!! Furthermore, when I pointed this out, the girl was particularly rude and unpleasant. Very bad!!!

Non fanno i rimborsi legali(politica dei resi di 30 giorni) per loro non esiste così come non esistono le ultime leggi del quadro "Salva Italia " per il Covid 19.
Sono loro la legge non temono la polizia o i carabinieri.
State attenti ai pagamenti ,state attenti a tutto!
Pessima esperienza !
They don't make a real contract.
They do not make legal refunds (30 day return policy) for them it does not exist as well as the latest laws of the framework "Save Italy" for Covid 19 do not exist.
They are the law they do not fear the police or the carabinieri.
Be careful of payments, be careful of everything!

noi siamo qui da oltre settant'anni proprio perchè da sempre ci comportiamo con onestà e gentilezza.
Secondariamente lei si è iscritta qui da noi per conseguire una patente Am (ciclomotore , permesso di guida valido solo in Italia) successivamente grazie ai documenti forniti da lei che ovviamente per motivi di privacy non potevamo auto produrci grazie alle nostre competenze e al nostro metterci in perenne contatto con la motorizzazione (in quanto in totale emergenza covid era pressochè impossibile per voi cittadini farlo) abbiamo fatto sì che dal nulla si ritrovasse in possesso di una patente B (oggi prendere una patente B non costa quanto avere una patente Am, mi sembra logico) di conseguenza da parte nostra ha solo avuto una grande mano per risparmiare cifre ben più alte. Purtroppo se lei si iscrive in qualunque posto e per suoi motivi personali non può più partecipare alle lezioni che regolarmente vengono svolte dal giornio 11 maggio non è possibile applicare alcun un rimborso proprio per i termini di legalità a cui fa riferimento lei ecco non è una cosa legale. Purtroppo quando si è nella totale ragione (confermata da polizia,carabinieri e LEGALI) non c'è nulla da temere.

Unfortunately, if you register in any place and for your personal reasons you can no longer participate in the lessons that are regularly held from May 11th, it is not possible to apply any reimbursement precisely for the terms of legality to which it refers, here is not a thing legal. Unfortunately when you are completely right (confirmed by the police, carabinieri and LEGAL) there is nothing to fear.

I turned to the Giacometti Driving School to renew my driving license and I found myself really well both for the courtesy, the availability (not discounted nowadays) and the speed of renewal. Fair costs. I definitely recommend it! Thanks, see you next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Autoscuola che consiglierei, soprattutto per la teoria, mi sono trovato veramente bene, si possono fare i quiz direttamente in autoscuola con una persona veramente brava che vi aiuterà sempre e vi stará accanto fino al giorno dell'esame.
Per la teoria mi sono trovato meno bene, dipende tutto dall'istruttore che si ha, ne ho avuto uno veramente bravo (un autista dell'amt), quando farete le guide chiedete assolutamente in segreteria di farle con lui.
Mentre con altri istruttori mi sono trovato meno bene siccome erano abbastanza menefreghisti, molte volte si facevano gli affari loro al telefono senza nemmeno considerarmi, mentre con uno in particolare non mi sentivo per niente a mio agio, però preferisco non fare nomi...

For the theory I found myself less well, it all depends on the instructor you have, I had a really good one (an amt driver), when you do the guides absolutely ask the secretary to do them with him.
While with other instructors I felt less comfortable as they were quite indifferent, many times they went about their business on the phone without even considering me, while with one in particular I did not feel at all at ease, but I prefer not to mention names ...
