I did the theory from another driving school I had a bad experience I got the theory but they didn't want to, program me for the guides. You can I decided to change and do the guides at this recommended driving school of my husband. Got a first try license. You can Simona and very good. He recommended this school.

Ho scelto questa autoscuola unicamente per questo motivo. L'informazione si è rivelata poi falsa, ovviamente dopo aver pagato l'acconto. La titolare ha poi spostato NEI MESI seguenti più volte la data d'esame adducendo varie scuse, il tutto con un'arroganza e maleducazione direi tragicomica. Dopo l'ultimo rinvio, comunicatomi a pochi giorni dall’esame tramite un sms al limite dell'offensivo (non capisco come possano sperare di continuare a lavorare comportandosi così) ho deciso di cambiare autoscuola, avendo perso sia un sacco di tempo sia l'acconto di 100€ ormai versato. Cambiando autoscuola ho trovato professionalità e gentilezza ed ho potuto sostenere l'esame esattamente una settimana dopo l'iscrizione. Mi spiace solo perché dentro il loro ufficio c’è un ragazzo gentile, che però viene fagocitato dalla maleducazione e dall’assoluta mancanza di professionalità di una titolare. Quindi consiglio l’autoscuola Ungaretti se avete voglia di testare la vostra capacità di rapportarvi con persone così problematiche. When I personally went to the driving school I was told that the motorcycle license examiner would come to take the exam on site. I chose this driving school solely for this reason. The information turned out to be false, obviously after paying the deposit. The owner then moved the exam date several times into the following months, citing various excuses, all with an arrogance and rudeness I would say tragicomic. After the last postponement, communicated to me a few days after the exam via a text message on the edge of the offensive (I don't understand how they can hope to continue working by behaving like this) I decided to change driving school, having lost both a lot of time and deposit of 100 € now paid. Changing driving school I found professionalism and kindness and I was able to take the exam exactly one week after enrollment. I'm only sorry because there is a nice guy inside their office, but he is engulfed by the rudeness and absolute lack of professionalism of an owner. So I recommend the Ungaretti driving school if you want to test your ability to relate to such problematic people.

Ho appena chiamato per avere info sulle tariffe: comunicazione semplice da dare, posso confermare che altre autoscuole lo fanno anche se non sei fisicamente lì.. Insomma, mi é stato detto che non potevano parlarne per telefono. Ma il bello arriva ora: dopo aver detto che al momento non potevo raggiungere l'autoscuola e aver chiesto il motivo per cui non potessero condividere queste delicatissime info (ora sono sarcastica ma prima ero semplicemente curiosa) , una gentilissima signora mi ha attaccato il telefono in faccia. Complimenti per la professionalità ?? Absolutely bad. I just called to get info on the rates: simple communication to give, I can confirm that other driving schools do it even if you are not physically there .. In short, I was told that they could not talk about it by phone. But the best part comes now: after saying that at the moment I could not reach the driving school and asking why they could not share this very delicate info (now I am sarcastic but before I was simply curious), a very kind lady hung up on my phone in face. Congratulations on your professionalism ??
