Le istruttrici sono sicuramente competenti e avrebbero la possibilità di preparare i ragazzi senza incidere negativamente sul loro stato d'animo. Il mio invito è che possa esser migliorato questo aspetto augurando una ripresa.
Empathy, fairness and professionalism are not the strong point. If you intend to do the minimum of compulsory guides, they will not be enough to take a light-hearted exam. The instructors are certainly competent and would have the opportunity to prepare the boys without negatively affecting their mood. My invitation is that this aspect can be improved by wishing a recovery.
