L’istruttore, Luciano, è sempre stato molto disponibile durante le guide a rispondere a domande e perplessità anche in modo molto chiaro ed approfondito facendo anche esempi pratici, ha fin da subito creato un “ambiente” confortevole e tranquillo, ma ponendo sempre un occhio di giudizio alle azioni che si compiono, dando consigli per migliore eventuali errori commessi durante le guide. È presente un ambiente professional, sono stata seguita dal prof Luciano con cui mi sono trovata molto bene. Riesce a creare un ambiente molto favorevole all'apprendimento in oltre spiega molto bene e porta anche esempi in modo che si capisca tutto bene, è molto disponibile e chiarisce anche il dubbio più insignificante. In guida ha un comportamento severo, ma è giusto che sia così essendo che deve preparare al peggio. Severo non significa noioso, infatti è un pazzo giocherellone che però fa capire molto bene le cose, mi sono trovato molto bene. La chicca di RTL 102.5 napulè il giorno dell'esame è stata fantastica. Tantissima serietà e professionalità ma soprattutto umanità. La consiglio a tutti.
