Unreliable shuttle service, we waited for hours in vain despite the scheduled times (every 20 minutes). I hope that the authority will put an end to this mess as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indecente far aspettare bambini anziani famiglie intere per più di un'ora perché personale insufficiente. Conoscendo il numero degli arrivi perché non disporre un numero adeguato di personale per il controllo e Non solo 3? A Durazzo più celeri e organizzati.
Indecent to make older children wait for whole families for more than an hour because of insufficient staff. Knowing the number of arrivals why not have an adequate number of staff for control and not just 3? In Durazzo faster and more organized.
