Partiti bene con i migliori propositi ma persi poi in un bicchiere d'acqua una volta che ho cercato di prendere l'appuntamento per effettuare il lavoro. Nonostante gli accordi presi non sono mai stato ricontattato anzi io ho dovuto piu di una volta
tentare di rimettermi in contatto con il sig Vincenzo telefonicamente per informazioni senza successo al che mi sono recato nuovamente di persona per avere informazioni e per sollecitare una presa appuntamento. Mi viene promesso un contatto entro sera che però non avviene.
Mi sembra assurdo che io, cliente, debba pregare per far fare un lavoro ad un meccanico quindi mi sono rivolto ad un altra officina specializzata che mi ha fatto il lavoro. Tutti lavoriamo e siamo impegnati e se ci sono problemi o impedimenti basta parlare senza fare promesse
che non si possono mantenere. Personalmente lo sconsiglio
I approached them under the advice of other people for automatic gearbox oil replacement. I got off to a good start with the best of resolutions but then got lost in a glass of water once I tried to make the appointment to get the job done. Despite the agreements made, I have never been contacted in fact I have had to more than once
groped to get back in touch with Mr. Vincenzo by phone for information without success to which I went again in person to get information and to request an appointment. I am promised a contact by evening but it does not happen.
It seems absurd to me that I, a customer, have to pray to have a mechanic do a job so I turned to another specialized workshop that did the job for me. We all work and are busy and if there are problems or impediments, just talk without making promises
which cannot be maintained. Personally I do not recommend it
