La promessa di non ritornare fatta tempo fa.
Per necessita ci torniamo, l’auto con il trapezio rotto, impossibile da muovere. Macchina vecchia di 24 anni per cui viene RIPETUTO NUMEROSE VOLTE di non ripararla prima di comunicazione di preventivo. Nel frattempo (2 giorni) entriamo in una concessionaria ed acquistiamo un’auto in occasione al volo. Telefoniamo all’officina che quando apprendono che vogliamo rottamare l’auto dicono di averla riparata. ovviamente SENZA AVVISO.
Inoltre hanno “trattenuto inavvertitamente” il libretto dell‘auto, restituito a pagamento avvenuto.

In the meantime (2 days) we enter a dealership and buy a car on the fly. We call the workshop that when they learn that we want to scrap the car they say they have repaired it. obviously WITHOUT NOTICE.
They also "inadvertently withheld" the car booklet, returned after payment.
