★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi servo dell'officina Pessina ormai da molti anni con auto e camper, devo dire che serietà, cortesia, oltre a precisione nei lavori eseguiti sono di fatto il motivo per cui continuo a essere un cliente affezionato.
 I have been using the Pessina workshop for many years now with cars and campers, I must say that seriousness, courtesy, as well as precision in the work performed are in fact the reason why I continue to be a loyal customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andato per una semplice revisione (auto di soli 6 anni). Mi viene detto che se non cambio le gomme la revisione non passa. Era l ultimo giorno prima della scadenza emi viene detto che me la facevano passare lo stesso a patto che firmavo un preventivo di cambio gomme che mi avrebbero montato fra una settimana. Mi sono ripreso le chiavi e sono andato in un Altra officina autorizzata. Revisione fatta in vento minuti e nessun problema con le gomme.... Evidentemente non erano così consumate. Non ci tornerò mai piu
Went for a simple overhaul (only 6 year old car). I am told that if I do not change the tires, the inspection does not pass. It was the last day before the deadline and I am told that they let me pass it anyway as long as I signed a quote for a tire change that I would have fitted in a week. I got the keys back and went to another authorized workshop. Overhaul done in minutes wind and no problem with the tires .... Evidently they weren't so worn. I will never go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver girato diversi centri, sono stati gli unici che hanno effettuato solo il cambio gomme necessario per la revisione senza cercare di trovare altre cose. Puntuali nell'appuntamento, gentili e disponibili.
Assolutamente consigliato.
After touring several centers, they were the only ones who only made the necessary tire change without trying to find other things. Punctual in the appointment, kind and helpful.
Absolutely recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono diversi mesi che chiedo all'officina di fare rifornimento dell' AdBlue con il mio furgone a noleggio Unipol rental, Ma è mai possibile che un'officina non ha l'AdBlue quando se vai in un discount ne ha a morire?
For several months I have been asking the garage to refuel AdBlue with my Unipol rental van, But is it possible that a garage does not have AdBlue when if you go to a discount store it has some to die?

Avevo appuntamento per la revisione della mia vettura, dopo aver atteso una settimana, mi chiamano mezz'ora prima per dirmi che il ragazzo non era disponibile e quindi avrei dovuto posticipare l'appuntamento...(premetto che avevo preso ore di permesso dal lavoro), va bene, con il beneficio del dubbio prendo un nuovo appuntamento, 4gg dopo....mi reco in officina e la signora mi accoglie dicendomi mi dispiace ma il ragazzo non è disponibile e non avevo il suo numero per avvisarla....ma questo è modo di trattare i clienti??NON aggiungo altro Pessimi e poco seri.
They don't even deserve a star, not serious people. I had an appointment for the overhaul of my car, after waiting a week, they call me half an hour before to tell me that the boy was not available and therefore I would have to postpone the appointment ... (I state that I had taken hours off from work ), okay, with the benefit of the doubt I make a new appointment, 4 days later ... .but this is a way of treating customers? NO more Bad and not very serious.

Mia figlia qualche giorno fa ha chiesto per la riparazione della cintura di sicurezza e le hanno detto che il costo sarebbe stato di 75€, oggi al ritiro, l'addetta alla cassa presenta il conto di 113€ scontato a 110€ in quanto al prezzo preventivato vi era da aggiungere iva e manodopera. Normalmente un officina avrebbe preventivato il costo finito e non il costo, stando a ciò che l'addetta alla cassa ha riferito, del solo pezzo di ricambio. Mi sembra molto poco professionale.
Honestly, I did not find myself well at all. A few days ago my daughter asked for the repair of the seat belt and they told her that the cost would be 75 €, today at the withdrawal, the cashier presents the bill of 113 € discounted to 110 € in terms of the price estimated there was to add VAT and labor. Normally a workshop would have estimated the finished cost and not the cost, according to what the cashier said, of the spare part only. It seems very unprofessional to me.
