Non rispondono al telefono, non rispondono ai messaggi, danno gli appuntamenti e non si presentano. 15 giorni con la macchina ferma davanti a casa ad aspettare questi meccanici che non si sono mai presentati pur avendomi dato vari appuntamenti. Personalmente non mi rivolgero' mai più a loro.
Incompetence and zero professionalism. They don't answer the phone, they don't reply to messages, they make appointments and they don't show up. 15 days with the car stopped in front of the house waiting for these mechanics who never showed up despite having given me various appointments. Personally, I will never contact them again.
