★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avrei dato zero stelle fosse stato possibile, nel cambio gomme mi ha rotto i sensori di pressione, fatto notare del danno creato mi ha risposto con maleducazione che per 30 euro di cambio gomme non può coprire il danno fatto.. state alla larga
I would have given zero stars it was possible, in the tire change I was broken by the pressure sensors, pointed out the damage created and replied with rudeness that for 30 euros of tire change it cannot cover the damage done .. stay away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri dopo una foratura che ha richiesto l'intervento del carro attrezzi, hanno saputo rimettermi su strada in meno di un'ora.
Carro attrezzi fatturato a 25€ (solo 5 minuti di distanza, ma super onesto), hanno trovato 2 gomme nuove della mia misura e me ne sono andato con una spesa più che onesta.
In panne alle 17:15 a quasi due ore da casa, ho cercato su google un gommista vicino.
Il primo mi ha risposto che facendo l'orario estivo, non c'era personale per intervenire, erano già tutti a casa.
Fortunatamente mi sono fatto consigliare una soluzione alternativa e mi hanno dato il nominativo di Mosconi.

Yesterday after a puncture that required the tow truck, they were able to get me back on the road in less than an hour.
Tow truck billed at € 25 (only 5 minutes away, but super honest), they found 2 new tires of my size and I left with a more than honest expense.
Out of action at 5.15 pm almost two hours from home, I searched on google for a tire dealer nearby.
The first replied that in summer time, there was no staff to intervene, they were all already at home.
Fortunately I asked for an alternative solution and they gave me the name of Mosconi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei ringraziare pubblicamente la gentilissima Accettatrice dell'Officina e il cortese ed efficiente Meccanico che in data odierna ci hanno fornito un valido ed essenziale servizio di assistenza per un Nostro mezzo (azienda EasyDriver) che ci si è fermato in panne nei pressi.
Intervenendo efficientemente non solo hanno fornito aiuto ai Drivers, ma hanno anche effettuato una diagnosi elettronica che non ci hanno fatto neanche pagare!
Diagnosi che ci ha permesso di far intervenire la Casa Madre del mezzo in quanto difettosità in garanzia.
Per questo vorrei ringraziare pubblicamente per la professionalità ma soprattutto per l'umanità dimostrata in una circostanza di difficoltà.

I would like to publicly thank the very kind Acceptor of the Workshop and the courteous and efficient Mechanic who today provided us with a valid and essential assistance service for one of our vehicles (EasyDriver company) that stopped in the vicinity.
By intervening efficiently they not only provided help to the Drivers, but also carried out an electronic diagnosis that they didn't even charge us!
Diagnosis that allowed us to have the headquarters of the vehicle intervene as a defect under warranty.
For this I would like to publicly thank for the professionalism but above all for the humanity shown in a difficult circumstance.
