Ho acquistato online il portabici Fabbri Ok MTB Van per la mia 500L e mi sono trovato benissimo. Prima dell'acquisto, il servizio clienti mi ha fornito tutti i chiarimenti di cui avevo bisogno via email e al telefono, in maniera sempre gentile, chiara e professionale. Ho poi acquistato il portabici facilmente, in pochi passaggi e dopo pochissimi giorni l'ho ricevuto a casa! Inoltre per il montaggio ho anche usufruito dell'assistenza tecnica dedicata sia al telefono che con whatsapp (volendo si può anche videochiamare), ed è stata veramente utile e di grande aiuto per definire alcuni dettagli per completare il montaggio (che è comunque piuttosto semplice se si ha un po' di manualità). In ogni caso, ogni volta che ho chiamato, ho sempre parlato con persone estremamente cordiali, disponibili e professionali. Veramente consigliato!!

I bought the Fabbri Ok MTB Van bike carrier online for my 500L and I had a great time. Before the purchase, the customer service provided me with all the clarifications I needed via email and over the phone, always in a polite, clear and professional manner. I then bought the bike carrier easily, in a few steps and after a few days I received it at home! In addition, for the assembly I also took advantage of the dedicated technical assistance both on the phone and with whatsapp (if you want you can also video call), and it was really useful and of great help to define some details to complete the assembly (which is still quite simple if you have a bit of manual skills). In any case, every time I called, I always spoke to extremely friendly, helpful and professional people. Really recommended !!

I rarely write reviews but the very positive experience deserves a few minutes of my time. Ordered Thule bars and accessories in the late morning, the next day I had the goods in hand. Great prices and above all excellent after sales from Mr. Giulio. This is the Italy we all want!

Great prices. Very serious and quick company in solving any problem (I bought a piece that unfortunately was not compatible with my vehicle, they were super precise and timely in the refund).
Nothing to say about the products purchased: on the contrary, they also did a "consultation", contacting me by email before sending the product and making me buy the kit necessary to make it compatible with my car model.
