Ordino un portapacchi pagandolo in anticipo, nel montaggio sorge un problema di compatibilità con la mia autovettura, mi rimpallano più volte con il loro meccanico che avrebbe dovuto verificare il problema e invece si nega più volte. In tutto ciò il titolare si rifiuta di cambiarmi il pezzo o di sostituirlo con altri ricambi nonostante le mie insistenze dovute anche ai loro rimandi. Alla fine mi scaricano ad un loro rappresentante che in 5 minuti mi combina una verifica in un altro posto. Morale della favola la concorrenza con più gentilezza e disponibilità mi ha risolto il difetto in mezz'ora. Inutile dire che non mi vedono più
 Dishonest, to avoid. I order a roof rack by paying for it in advance, during assembly there is a compatibility problem with my car, they replay me several times with their mechanic who should have checked the problem and instead denies it several times. In all this, the owner refuses to change the piece or replace it with other spare parts despite my insistence also due to their references. In the end they download me to their representative who in 5 minutes combines me a verification in another place. Moral of the story, the competition with more kindness and availability has resolved the defect in half an hour. Needless to say, they don't see me anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo molto tempo che mi riforniscono in questo autoricambi è arrivata l'ora delle lodi..si perché sono molto seri e professionali e non ti lasciano mai da solo come nel mio caso che ho un'auto d'epoca e nonostante le difficoltà nel reperire pezzi di ricambio la maggior parte delle volte riescono ad accontentarmi... Prezzo onesti.
