Una volta portata a casa ci accorgiamo di un altro problema alla corona del cambio...altro preventivo salato! Molto probabilmente hanno provocato loro il secondo guasto! La portiamo in un altro centro assistenza e spendiamo molto di meno... Bad experience! Very high costs to replace the mtb shift knobs. Se dovessi fare un acquisto lo terrei in considerazione. I do not know this motorcycle shop directly also because I am not a motorcyclist, but I was there with a friend of mine who had to do some updating work on his bike still under warranty and the owner seemed to me to be really available, prepared and above all honest I must say that really made a good impression on me. Sono andato in negozio per comprare due fili freno per citybike ,mi hanno chiesto la cifra di 12 euro per due fili che valgono più o meno 10 centesimi l'uno. Evidentemente sono abituati ad avere una clientela inesperta e che si accontenta dei loro assurdi prezzi. Most expensive bike shop I've ever been to. I went to the shop to buy two brake wires for city bikes, they asked me for the sum of 12 euros for two wires that are worth more or less 10 cents each. Obviously they are used to having an inexperienced clientele who are satisfied with their absurd prices.
A	Alessio Di Cola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ giudizio negativo. sono passato in negozio lunedì 17 maggio 2021 per chiedere assistenza su un fastidioso fruscio al disco anteriore della mia nuova ebike (comprata in un altro negozio) e il (presunto) titolare mi ha detto che non era niente e il problema si sarebbe risolto da solo!! ovviamente non soddisfatto, mi sono rivolto ad un centro specializzato che con gentilezza e professionalità mi ha, invece, sistemato il problema in due minuti registrando il freno a disco. insomma, lo sconsiglio! negative judgment. I went to the shop on Monday 17th May 2021 to ask for assistance on an annoying rustle on the front disc of my new ebike (bought in another shop) and the (alleged) owner told me it was nothing and the problem would be solved by itself !! obviously not satisfied, I turned to a specialized center that, with kindness and professionalism, instead, fixed the problem in two minutes by registering the disc brake. in short, I do not recommend it!

Mi è stato assicurato sarebbe stata messa da parte per ritirarla il mattino successivo. Una volta arrivati sul posto la bicicletta era stata venduta. Capisco che si sia trattato di una disattenzione ma l'esperienza è stata negativa In November 2020 from Rome to Palestrina to buy a bicycle that at that time was not available in other stores. I was assured it would be set aside for collection the next morning. Once we got there, the bicycle was sold. I understand that it was a carelessness but the experience was negative
