Avevo a disposizione poco tempo e sono riusciti a risolvermi il problema nei tempi che mi erano stati anticipatamente comunicati subito dopo il primo controllo. Ottimo!
Al termine delle lavorazioni eseguite, il meccanico (non so se era il capo officina) mi ha spiegato i lavori eseguiti (a modo suo) con cortesia e professionalità facendomi capire tutto quello che ha fatto e i vari modi che c'erano per risolvere. Mi ha ispirato veramente tanta fiducia in quello che ha fatto. Ad oggi il problema è risolto.
Tutto il personale con cui ho avuto a che fare è stato veramente cortese, gentile, professionale e disponibile in tutto.
