Abbiamo aspettato ore e il venditore non era neanche in grado di inserire la pratica di finanziamento che ha fatto praticamente tramite telefono. Per l'amor di dio non sarà sicuramente colpa sua, ma bisogna essere preparati e forse l'azienda non gli da la formazione giusta. Praticamente per avere la mia risposta di finanziamento ho dovuto chiamare io per farmi avere la liberatoria che mi è arrivata in 5 minuti, mentre se aspettavo l' email ancora non avevo risposta. Cmq si può migliorare sempre. Per ora questa è la mia valutazione. Unfortunately bad, very bad. We waited for hours and the seller was not even able to enter the financing procedure which he practically made over the phone. For God's sake it won't be his fault, but you have to be prepared and maybe the company isn't giving him the right training. Practically to get my financing answer I had to call me to get the release that arrived in 5 minutes, while if I was waiting for the email I still had no answer. Anyway you can always improve. For now this is my assessment.
R	Rosamaria Tedesco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 anni fa cercavamo la prima macchina per neo-patentati, e ci eravamo trovati benissimo, ora cercavamo un usato buono e meno male siamo " cocciuti" siamo tornati all' autopiave ad Arezzo! Non ci siamo trovati bene ma benissimo! Il Sig . Stefano Gamberini, ci ha dato tanto sollievo, perché lavorando si ha poco tempo, e sia per la firma della pratica che di tutto fino alla conclusione dell'acquisto dell'autovettura, è stata una bellissima passeggiata! Non solo, aspettando in concessionaria, un altro dipendente, forse Gabriele, non ricordo il nome, ci ha offerto un caffè! Non sarà un caffè che fa la differenza, ma è stato molto gentile! Tutte le nostre domande sono state esaurite alla grande! Per un eventuale e futuro acquisto ritorneremo! Grande autopiave, e complimenti anche a tutta la parte dell' officina, i meccanici sono davvero professionali! We did not find it well but very well! F	Federico Piergentili on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All'inizio sembrava di aver fatto una bella scelta a venire da voi, però pochi mesi dopo mi sono reso conto che siete come tanti altri (l'unica persona che non ce da dirgli niente é Stefano, persona veramente corretta e disponibile..infatti non lavora più lì)..Da evitare... nonostante la garanzia permetta il riparo dell'auto, gli addetti si rifiutano di farlo dicendo che la garanzia che mi é stata data non copre questo tipo di danni..
