È sempre pronto a "venirti incontro" se hai avuto qualche problema, è bravissimo e velocissimo a riparare la mia auto e in più se nota qualche altro problema te lo dice (ovviamente poi sta al proprietario dell'auto dire se fare anche il nuovo lavoro o meno).
C'è anche l'auto di cortesia, ma non sempre è disponibile
