★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un utente della linea 104... Spesso e volentieri il pulmino che parte alle 7:30 da via Mansueto è in ritardo... Una volta perché c'è traffico un'altra volta perché l'autista si sbaglia di orario!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono un utente dell'integrativo I15 e mi ritengo soddisfatta del servizio ma vorrei fare notare che nella fascia oraria che va circa dalle 13 alle 15 a s.eusebio sul mezzo di trasporto è quasi quotidiano incontrare due utenti, un anziano che non solo disturba passeggeri e autista con i suoi deliri verbali anche offensivi e che si potrebbe compatire, vista l'età, ma che purtroppo non si può compatire per la pochissima pulizia personale che lascia una scia sgradevolissima non solo olfattiva ma anche su i sedili.l'altro giovane invadente cerca in ogni modo di 'setacciare' il veicolo anche nel vano guida non permettendo agli autisti il recupero psicofisico perchè deve controllarli e bloccarli cercando di non urtare la loro suscettibilità perchè sembra proprio che l'atteggiamento, almeno del giovane, abbia lo scopo di farli irritare ma fortunatamente loro non accettano la provocazione, ma i due sono mine vaganti e quindi mi sento di segnalare il problema oggi per vedere se possibile qualche soluzione che aiuti il lavoro degli autisti dei quali, non solo io, non potremmo essere più contenti. ringrazio per l'attenzione. cordiali saluti
