 washing lasted 5 min .... 17 euro .... I had to go back because the machine had not even been vacuumed internally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono sempre stati un po' troppo veloci a lavare per quello che costa..oggi però uno del personale pure anche molto scortese..beh a questo punto è giusto iniziare a cercare un posto nuovo per la mia auto ;)
They have always been a bit 'too fast to wash for what it costs .. but today one of the staff is also very rude .. well at this point it is right to start looking for a new place for my car;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lavaggio veloce, certo, ma non accurato. Dopo aver lavato l’auto al di fuori aveva i segni del panno usato per asciugare, all’interno hanno aspirato a terra senza togliere i tappetini, lasciando tanta roba a terra. Mediocre
Fast washing, sure, but not accurate. After washing the car outside it had the marks of the cloth used to dry it, inside they sucked on the ground without removing the mats, leaving so much stuff on the ground. Mediocre

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per lavaggio esterno e "pulizia" interna ho atteso si e no 15 minuti; 17 euro totali e la macchina era stata pulita con MOLTA superficialità (il cruscotto non era nemmeno stato spolverato). Se avessi continuato a lavarla da solo avrei fatto decisamente meglio.
For external washing and internal "cleaning" I waited yes and no 15 minutes; 17 euros total and the car had been cleaned with a LOT of superficiality (the dashboard hadn't even been dusted). If I had continued to wash it myself I would have done much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa è l'officina di fiducia vera, che ti consente di fare completo affidamento sulla correttezza, buona fede e diligenza dei titolari , che vi operano direttamente e che sono al fianco del cliente per qualsiasi esigenza, sempre con chiarezza e trasparenza, offrendomi le loro prestazioni sempre al miglior prezzo possibile.
Insomma: se la provi, non la lasci più! Estremamente professionali e cordiali … Porto la mia auto in questa officina da un bel po’ di tempo ormai, e dal primo giorno sono rimasto subito soddisfatto del loro operato. Consiglio vivamente questa officina. La cura per i dettagli, sia per quanto riguarda l’auto, che per l’attenzione per il cliente è davvero apprezzabile.La mia valutazione finale è 5/5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maleducati, insensibile ma soprattutto approfittatori. 100€ di manodopera per mettere 10€ di benzina e fare lo spurgo alla macchina. Dolcis in fundo alla consegna delle chiavi ho trovato la mia auto parcheggiata su strada senza essere stata chiusa a chiave. Se venite caricati con il carroattrezzi vi consiglio di non farvela assolutamente portare da loro.
Rude, insensitive but above all profiteers. € 100 of labor to put € 10 of petrol and bleed the car. Last but not least, upon delivery of the keys I found my car parked on the street without having been locked. If you are loaded with the wrecker I advise you not to let them bring it to you.
