NON RIESCO AD INSTALLARE DETERMINATE APP...app che prima della riparazione avevo installavo e utilizzavo con regolarità... L	Lorenzo Gresini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio nokia 5310 smontato al nokia point di imola per farmi cambiare la cover frontale, premetto che prima di partire da casa lo usavo senza cover frontale e funzionava tutto alla perfezione compresi i 3 tasti nel fianco sinistro del terminale. Dopo la sostituzione della cover avevo notato che i primi due tasti del lato sinistro non funzionavano bene infatti appena lo ho riacceso non funzionavano affatto, quindi mi lamento con Puccini Valerio il titolare del nokia point e mi sento dire che io ho rotto i tasti e che lui non ha toccato niente!!! DOVREBBERO CHIUDERE NOKIA POINT CON QUESTA COMPETENZA!!!! THEY SHOULD CLOSE NOKIA POINT WITH THIS EXPERTISE !!!!

Precedentemente lo avevo portato da mediaworld essendo ancora in garanzia e dopo 3 mesi me lo hanno rimandato indietro con un preventivo di 396€ per ripararlo siccome hanno trovato dell' acqua dentro. Il cellulare nuovo costò 340!!!!! I commessi mi hanno consigliato di portarlo in un centro assistenza autorizzato per vedere se loro mi potevano fare una riparazione parziale, invece che totale come fa LG. In conclusione in 3 giorni mi e' stato ridato funzionante con una spesa di 45€ tramite un lavaggio antiossidante del blocco sim! Consiglio! The new cell phone cost 340 !!!!! The salesmen advised me to take it to an authorized service center to see if they could do a partial repair to me, rather than total as LG does. In conclusion, in 3 days it was given back to me functioning at a cost of € 45 through an anti-oxidant washing of the sim block! Council!
f	federica cesaretti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato 2 nokia, al centro assistenza, un c5 da riparare che mi hanno chiesto 70 euro per la riparazione di cui 20 euro di acconto, al ritiro mi hanno detto che il cellulare non è riparabile e si sono tenuti i 20 euro! E un nokia 5500 da sostituire la cover da me comprata su ebay a 5 euro. Per questa sostituzioni il cui tempo impiegato è stato di 10 minuti hanno voluto 15 euro. In conclusione ho pagato 35 euro per un telefono rotto e una sostituzione di una cover. Consiglio prima di portare qualsiasi cosa per fare riparare chiedete la spesa!! Bene sono passati 12 giorni da quando l'ho ritirato e il telefono è morto però i 55€ li hanno voluti e ora l'ho chiamato e non posso neanche fare un reclamo...bel modo di lavorare!!! Evitare come la peste Be careful not to go to this service center I had to change the battery of my mother's cell phone. Well it's been 12 days since I picked it up and the phone died but they wanted the 55 € and now I called it and I can't even make a complaint ... nice way to work !!! Avoid like the plague
