I tecnici sono venuti a ritirarlo a casa, e dopo averlo riparato, me lo hanno riportato perfettamente funzionante. Un servizio di precisione, cortesia e qualità contraddistingue lo staff di teleservice. Mi congratulo veramente con loro perché è difficile trovare oggigiorno un punto di riferimento per le riparazioni così valido ed efficiente. Rimango loro cliente a vita. G	Gio' Santaniello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho appena mandato questa mail alla Samsung Italia: "Il giorno 29 dicembre 2021 mi sono recato al centro assistenza Samsung TELE SERVICE di Via Robertelli, 21A a Salerno con la base del monitor Samsung C24T55 dopo aver contattato telefonicamente il vostro call center. In pratica il mio monitor non si regolava l'inclinazione, era bloccato sebbene nel libretto istruzioni veniva specificato che l'inclinazione fosse regolabile. Il tecnico del centro assistenza di Salerno lo ha subito esaminato e, sebbene si fosse meravigliato anche lui sul fatto che fosse bloccato, ha risolto immediatamente mettendo a vista le due viti e allentandole un pò per consentirne la regolazione dell'inclinazione. Per tale rettifica così operata non hanno neppure aperto l'intervento, chiesto garanzia o pagamenti. Mi sento il dovere di ringraziarli perchè non sempre i centri assistenza di altre case sono stati così solerti, corretti e professionali. Cordialità."
