★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero a Verona, non c'era la disponibilità dei pulimini da 9 posti, ho provato a cercare a Mantova...La risposta del Autonoleggio Polato è stata: "Io noleggio solo alla gente del posto, se ce qualcuno qui di mantova che può garantire, bene, altrimenti non lo noleggio!!" - "Apperò, autonoleggio Polato non vuole guadagnare 1000 euro??? Con capparra annessa?" - Secondo me, stanno troppo bene a Mantova.. Diffidate dal servizio!!!!! PESSIMO! Fiducia della gente, 0!!!
I was in Verona, there was not the availability of 9 seat pulimini, I tried to look for in Mantua ... The answer from Car Rental Polato was: "I only rent to the locals, if someone here from Mantua can guarantee, well, otherwise not rent it !! " - "I will, Polato car rental does not want to earn 1000 euros ??? With caparra attached?" - In my opinion, they are too well in Mantua .. Beware of the service !!!!! AWFUL! People trust, 0 !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grandissima disponibilità, professionalità e cortesia. Il fatto che sia in centro a Mantova lo rende speciale. Manca la quinta stella per 2 elementi di discutibile importanza:
-non c'è la regola del serbatoio (come hanno la maggior parte dei noleggiatori, che consegnano pieno e lo rivogliono pieno, e diversamente scalano il costo del servizio di riempimento)
-prezzi adeguati alla tipologia del servizio e della collocazione, ma non proprio concorrenziali con i maggiori noleggiatori
Great availability, professionalism and courtesy. The fact that it is in the center of Mantua makes it special. The fifth star is missing for 2 elements of questionable importance:
- there is no tank rule (as most hirers have, which deliver full and want it full, and otherwise they scale the cost of the filling service)
- prices appropriate to the type of service and location, but not exactly competitive with the major charterers
