Il signore per cui presto servizio saltuariamente ha portato sotto mia insistenza a lavare un piumino matrimoniale macchiato.
Essendo di fretta, e conoscendo la mamma del titolare , dopo aver pagato, è andato via senza ritirare lo scontrino ed il biglietto relativo al servizio. Quando sono andata personalmente a ritirare il piumino,la signora sosteneva che non fosse stato pagato ed ha preteso i soldi nuovamente per consegnarmelo. Purtroppo non essendo in possesso di alcuno scontrino il legittimo proprietario, deluso ed arrabbiato ha dovuto nuovamente pagare 20Euro.
Una volta a casa, dopo aver tolto il piumino dalla plastica, l ho trovato ancora sporco e le macchie per cui avevo insistito fosse portato in lavanderia erano ancora presenti. Ho allora chiamato personalmente il titolare, Massimiliano, il quale si è categoricamente rifiutato di rilavarlo non dimostrando correttezza e professionalità.
State attenti....sono molto delusa da questo pessimo servizio e
consiglio di controllare il vostro oggetto al ritiro in quanto non segnalano nulla sul foglietto allegato e si permettono addirittura di accusare voi di aver risporcato . MAI PIÙ

The gentleman for whom I serve occasionally has at my insistence to wash a stained double duvet.
Being in a hurry, and knowing the owner's mother, after paying, he left without collecting the receipt and the ticket for the service. When I personally went to collect the duvet, the lady claimed that it had not been paid and demanded the money again to deliver it to me. Unfortunately, not being in possession of any receipt, the legitimate owner, disappointed and angry, had to pay 20 Euros again.
Once home, after removing the duvet from the plastic, I found it still dirty and the stains I had insisted on taking to the laundry were still present. I then personally called the owner, Massimiliano, who categorically refused to revise it, not demonstrating correctness and professionalism.
Be warned .... I am very disappointed with this bad service and
I recommend that you check your object when you collect it as they do not report anything on the enclosed leaflet and even allow themselves to accuse you of having reporcated. NEVER AGAIN
